Fujitsu has launched a new portable scanner named ScanSnap S1300i. It has become the smallest multi-page double-sided ScanSnap scanner available in the market. This new compact scanner is compatible with both Windows and Mac PCs. Moreover, it comes with an affordable price tag of $295. This super fast scanner works with a single button and it has USB power option with which the scanner can send and store scanned documents to Android as well as iOS devices. The new scanner also enables the users to upload the scans to cloud-based services like Google Docs, Dropbox, SugarSync, Evernote and Salesforce Chatter.

The portable scanner, ScanSnap S1300i is very light in weight too, as the device weighs just 3.1 lbs. It can scan both sides of each page at a rate of up to 12 pages per minute. Plus, the device scans directly into JPEG, searchable PDF, PDF, or to office applications such as Excel or Word document. The scanner automatically makes out the size of each document, identifies and corrects the slant, and eventually shows the scanned content in their proper orientation.
