Step 1: Remove the Tuvaro Toolbar from PC

Based on what Operating System you are using, follow the steps given below:

For Windows XP:

  • Open the Start menu and select Control Panel
  • Double click the ‘Add or Remove Programs’ icon
  • Press the unwanted add-on i.e. the Tuvaro Toolbar, and then select ‘Remove’ or ‘Change/Remove’ option

For Windows Vista and Windows 7:

  • Go to the Start Menu and then select Control Panel
  • Under ‘Programs’ or ‘Programs and Features’ section, go to ‘Uninstall a program’
  • Choose ‘Tuvaro Toolbar’, then select ‘Uninstall/Change’, and lastly when prompted click ‘Yes’ or ‘Uninstall’

For Windows 8:

  • Move your cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Click on ‘Settings’ on Charms bar and go to Control Panel
  • Select ‘Uninstall a program’ option and then remove Tuvaro from the list

Step 2: Delete the Tuvaro Toolbar from the browsers

Internet Explorer users follow these steps to:

a, Remove Tuvaro Toolbar add-ons

  • Start the browser, click on the gear icon located at the top right side of the screen, and then hit ‘Manage add-ons’ option
  • Now, from the ‘Toolbars and Extensions’ tab located on the left side, select ‘Tuvaro’, ‘Delta’, ‘Yontoo’ add-ons, and after that click on ‘Disable’
  • Finally, restart your browser

Note: There are chances that tuvaro toolbar might have added some additional add-ons, which must be removed too. Hence, it is recommended to remove all strange or unnecessary add-ons from Internet Explorer.

b, Reset your IE (Internet Explorer) homepage from Tuvaro to its default

  • Click on the gear icon (situated in the upper right hand corner of the browser) and select ‘Internet Options,’ which will bring up a pop-up
  • Now hit the ‘General’ tab under the ‘Home Page’ section
  • Click on the ‘Use default’ option to restore your Internet Explorer default homepage
  • Lastly, click on ‘OK’ seen at the bottom of the pop-up to close the pop-up
  • Close your browser and re-open it to apply the changes

c, Change your default search engine in IE from Tuvaro to other preferred one

Suppose you want to set Bing as your default search engine for IE then,

  • Click on the gear icon and select ‘Manage Add-ons’
  • Under the ‘Add-on Types’ section, click on ‘Search Providers’ option
  • Select ‘Bing’ and finally click on the ‘Set Default’ button
  • To remove from the list of search providers in IE, select ‘Turavo Search’ and simply click on ‘remove’

Mozilla Firefox users should follow these steps to:

a, Remove Tuvaro Toolbar add-ons

  • Open Mozilla Firefox and go to ‘Tools’ in top menu
  • Select ‘Add-ons’ option
  • Choose the ‘Extension’ tab, and then find ‘Tuvaro toolbar’, ‘Delta’, ‘Yonto’ add-ons. Right click on them and click on ‘Remove’ button
  • Finally, restart the browser to complete the removal

b, Change your Firefox homepage

  • Open the browser; go to ‘Tools’ and then ‘Options’
  • Hit the ‘General’ tab
  • Select ‘Use current Page’ option to set your homepage to whatever page you are currently viewing within the Firefox browser
  • You can even click on ‘Use Default’ option to set your homepage automatically to its default setting

c, Change your Firefox default search engine

  • Click on the arrow situated to the left of the search box
  • Now simply select your preferred search engine from the list, to make it your default search engine

Google Chrome users should follow these steps to:

a, Remove Tuvaro Toolbar add-ons

  • Click on the Wrench icon located at the right side of the address bar
  • Now from the drop down list, choose ‘Settings’
  • Choose the ‘Extensions’ tab, find and disable all ‘Tuvaro toolbar’, ‘Delta’, ‘Yontoo’ add-ons from Google Chrome
  • Lastly, restart the browser to apply the changes

b, Reset your Google Chrome homepage from Tuvaro to its default

  • Click on the Wrench icon and after that choose the ‘Settings’ option
  • In the ‘On startup section’, select the option marked ‘Open the new tab page’

c, Change your default search engine in Chrome from Tuvaro to Google

  • Click on the Wrench icon
  • Select the ‘Settings’ option
  • Under the ‘Search’ section, click on ‘Manage search engines’ option
  • The ‘Search Engine’ dialog box will be displayed on the screen. Just select ‘Google’ and finally click on the ‘Make Default’ tab that appears in the Search section
