A Chinese company named Tianyu has launched a new a high-end Smartphone of its K-Touch series, Hornet II. The company became well-known after it started working with Alibaba, giant online shopping site. K-Touch Hornet II is also recognized as K-Touch Treasure V8. It made its first appearance in the Mobile World Congress 2012 at Barcelona. This Smartphone looks similar to Oppo Finder in terms of design and has powerful hardware configuration just like HTC X One. Hornet II will hit the market in mid-August with a price tag of 3,000 Yuan (around $484).

Hornet II is a sleek and stylish, unibody designed Smartphone. It comes with 4.5-inch multi-touch touchscreen with Gorilla Glass and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Tegra 3processor and Android 4.0 (ICS) Operating System. There are two cameras: 1 megapixel front facing camera and 8 megapixel rear camera with a single LED flash. The rear camera is capable to record supports Full HD 1080p videos while front camera can record 720p HD videos. The device has 1 GB RAM and 16 GB built-in memory. It features 4 touch buttons like K-Touch W800.
It sports 1820 mAh non-removable battery. This Smartphone supports 3G network so users can browse the net with great speed. Other features of this device are two-speaker system, 3.5 mm headphone jack and microUSB port.
