Lava Iris Fuel 60 Revealed Now in Just Rs. 8888


Lava primarily known for producing low cost smartphones has just launched another low cost handset Iris Fuel 60. This device is a second device in the Fuel series after Iris Fuel 50. Like Iris 50, Iris Fuel 60 too offers great battery life that delivers 32 hours of talk time on 2G networks and a charge time of 3 hours. Iris Fuel 50 was launched for Rs. 7799 with a 3000mAh battery that offers 13 hours of talk time on 3G network.

The Fuel series is launched by Lava to meet the crucial demands. This has been the USP of Lava smartphones of producing high powered battery devices. The smartphone is package of stylish design with fast processing speed and an exceptional camera. It provides a great user experience without hampering its performance.

The device measures 144.8*72.8*10.2mm that makes the device thick. The device takes the cost because of its battery. The front of the device is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 that is a fingerprint magnet.

It has a vibrant screen in viewing both text and images seem to be crisp.


The device is powered by MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor that is clocked at 1.3GHz with 1.3GB RAM.

While the Lava Iris Fuel 50 is supported by same specifications, meaning and difference between the battery of these two devices. While both devices has same performance.

Operating System

This dual SIM device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat that is now outdated, unfortunately. However, the officials say that an Android 5.0 Lollipop is in the work and will arrive soon.

The phone can be upgraded to Android L through Firmware Overthe Air (FOTA) in future. It is also equipped with various gestures-driven features that make the phone even more user-friendly.


The device comes with 10MP rear camera with an LED flash with images taken in both day and low light. The camera might lose focus at times producing blurred images.

It has a front facing camera with fine images. For connectivity, it comes with 3G connectivity and Bluetooth.


It has 4000mAh that gives 23 hours of talk time on 2G. It also has a quick charge technology that changes the timings from 3 hours 15 minutes.
