ZTE, the china based mobile manufacturer has produced dozens of devices including tablet PCs and smartphones. After their launch of ZTE KIS with Virgin Media, the company has launched another new device named ZTE N880E in China. ZTE N880E is the first non-Nexus device that features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as its Operating System. Back in May, the company had originally launched the ZTE N880E model running on Android 2.3 and sold more than one million units. Due to such popularity, ZTE decided to launch this smartphone again with Google’s latest Operating System.

ZTE N880E sports a 4-inch capacitive WVGA touch screen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This ultra slim smartphone measures the dimension of 119mm x 61mm x 10.4mm and it weighs just 130 grams. The device features a built-in internal memory of 4 GB that can be expanded with the help of a microSD card up to 32 GB. A 3.2 MegaPixel auto-focus camera has been mounted on the back of the handset. The device is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm 7627A processor along with 512 MB RAM.
ZTE N880E has a powerful 1650 mAh Li-ion battery. With Jelly Bean as its operating system, the handset features expandable notifications and Google Now. The connectivity features of ZTE N880E includes GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, GPS/aGPS and 3G. At present, there are no details on the pricing of ZTE N880E. The company is known for producing items at an affordable price, so the buyers can expect this smartphone to fit into their budget.
