Chinese phone maker, ZTE has expanded its Windows Phone line-up by announcing the another Windows Phone. This new Windows Phone, the Orbit is announced on 27th February, 2012 at the MWC event in Barcelona. It is the second Windows Phone device of the ZTE as well as followed by the ZTE Tania. The ZTE Tania was launched in the year 2011 and currently available in the UK, Sweden and other countries throughout the world. The ZTE Orbit will also hit the major markets across the world in Q2 of 2012.

The ZTE Orbit is a budget smartphone and pleasingly powered by the latest version of Windows Phone 7. It comes with 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera along with the LED flash. It also includes 4GB of internal storage memory as well as HD Voice which is great addition to any phone of its line. Other features and specs are not revealed by the company. This budget smartphone is expected to feature 256 MB of RAM, NFC chip, 4-inch display, HSDPA data flows at 7.2Mbps and 1GHz Qualcomm processor.
It will likely to include connectivity features like Bluetooth 2.1, DLNA and WiFi. If ZTE Orbit features the latest NFC chip then it would be the 1st Windows Phone with an NFC chip launched in the market. The company has also announced the MF668A data card at MWC. This window phone is expected to go head-to-head in competition with Nokia Lumia 610. Currently, ZTE has not announced the price of this upcoming device.
