A snap of Motorola MT887 and MT889 has been leaked on China’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center website. As per the leak source, the MT887 and MT889 are the two variants of Droid RAZR HD. It is believed that the body of MT889 model will be made of Kevlar material. It will feature a large 4.6-inch 720p HD display. It will be powered by Texas Instruments 1.2GHz dual-core OMAP 4430 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It will offer 4GB of internal memory and it will be running on the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating system.
The M887 smartphone will run on Google’s latest Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating system. It will have a Motorola MOTOBLUR user interface. It will be powered by a powerful 1.2 GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor along with 1 GB of RAM. It will come with 4GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot to expand the memory up to 32 GB. Moreover, it will not feature any physical keys. It will have an eye-catching 4.3 or 4.6-inch HD capacitive touchscreen display. It will also support an 8-megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash, autofocus and 1080p video recording facility.
