Every week new devices are getting leaked on the websites and this time a new compact camera named Sony NEX-5R has been leaked. The leaked image of NEX-5R was found on the websites – sonyalpharumors and digicam-info. It is expected that Sony might announce their next NEX lineup i.e. NEX-5R in the month of September.
According to the rumors, the device is a mirrorless camera that will sport a 16 Megapixel image sensor along with phase detection AF pixels. The camera will be outfitted with a thumbwheel on the rear side.
As per the report, NEX-5R will feature an app that will let the users to control the cameras with their smartphones. It has been rumored that this particular app might work only on the Android devices. The device might also get the Wi-Fi connectivity. The camera will permit faster auto focusing and tracking of the moving objects. As per the leaked image, Sony NEX-5R looks quite similar to the NEX-5N in terms of design. The rumored information states that NEX-5R will be equipped with Internet browsing and additional app supports. An image of a new HTC model codenamed as ‘Proto’ has been leaked on the website. The leaked image of the handset was found in the ‘Verge’ website. This latest Nikon device is smaller and lighter in nearly every dimension in comparison to the iPhone 4S.
The size of the snapper is just 77 x 52 x 17 mm and weighs only 96 grams. The Coolpix S01 has a 1/2.9 inch 10 Megapixel CCD sensor along with a 3X wide angle zoom NIKKOR lens (29 to 87mm, 35mm equivalent). It boasts a 6.4 cm 230,000-point touchscreen display. The S01 comes with 7.3 GB of internal memory. The memory is not extendable as there is no memory card slot. The battery of the snapper is integrated and can not be removable, so the user will have to recharge the S01 via USB every 190 shots.
